Teacher Replacement Policy

Overview

Every child learns differently, and the right tutor makes a huge difference. At British Quran Academy we want every family to feel completely comfortable with their assigned tutor — and if not, changing tutors is quick and free.

Your Right to a Different Tutor

You may request a change of tutor at any time for any reason — teaching style, personality fit, gender preference, timing, accent, or simply because you'd like to try someone else. No explanation is required.

How to Request a Replacement

• Step 1: Message us on WhatsApp at +923249867074.
• Step 2: Let us know you'd like to change tutors and, if you're comfortable, tell us your preferences (male/female, timing, teaching style).
• Step 3: We will suggest a suitable replacement, usually within 24–48 hours.
• Step 4: Your new tutor will start at the next scheduled class.

What to Expect

Your new tutor will be briefed on your child's current level, the course they're following, and any notes from the previous tutor — so there's no need to repeat progress. The first class will feel familiar and continue from where you left off.

Trial Period With New Tutor

If the new tutor also isn't the right fit, simply message us again. We would rather try 2 or 3 tutors to find the perfect match than have a student stuck with someone who isn't right for them.

No Additional Charge

Tutor replacement is completely free. Your monthly fee stays the same, and there are no restart or admin charges.
