Class Rescheduling Policy

Monthly Rescheduling Allowance
Every plan includes one (1) free rescheduled class per month, provided you give at least 24 hours' advance notice. Unused allowance does not roll over to the next month.
Additional Reschedules
Beyond the free monthly allowance, additional rescheduled classes are at the discretion of the Academy and depend on tutor availability. Frequent rescheduling can disrupt continuity of learning and is discouraged.
How to Request a Reschedule
Follow these simple steps:
- Step 1: Message us on WhatsApp at +923249867074 at least 24 hours before the class.
- Step 2: Tell us the date/time of the class you want to reschedule.
- Step 3: Share 2–3 alternative dates and times that work for you.
- Step 4: We will confirm the new slot with your tutor and reply within a few hours.
Short-Notice Requests
Requests made less than 24 hours before the class cannot usually be accommodated, and the class will count as completed. Genuine emergencies (illness, family emergency) are considered on a case-by-case basis — please still let us know as soon as possible.
Tutor-Initiated Rescheduling
If your tutor needs to reschedule a class (illness, technical issue, personal emergency), we will offer replacement slots at no cost. This does not count against your monthly allowance.
Long Absences
If you know in advance about extended travel or an unavailable period, please tell us as soon as possible so we can pause your plan cleanly (see Payment Policy) rather than treating each class as a reschedule.
