Our Commitment to Safeguarding

The safety and privacy of our students — especially children — is our highest priority. This policy exists to protect students and to maintain the professional standards families expect from British Quran Academy.

Official Channels Only

All communication between families and tutors must go through the Academy. Tutors are not permitted to share personal phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, or any other private contact details with students or parents.

Similarly, parents and students are asked not to request private contact from tutors. This rule protects everyone involved and ensures a professional, accountable environment.

We aim to respond to all WhatsApp messages within a few hours during our operational hours and to emails within 24 hours.
