Monthly Billing

British Quran Academy operates on a monthly, pay-in-advance model. Fees for the coming month are due on your agreed payment date, which is usually the same date you started classes.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Bank transfer (UK, USA, Canada, Australia)
  • PayPal
  • Wise / Remitly / Western Union
  • Debit / credit card (via secure payment link)

Full payment details are shared with each family privately on WhatsApp once you enrol.

No Hidden Fees

There are no registration fees, setup fees, or hidden charges. The monthly fee shown on our pricing page is exactly what you pay.

Late Payment

If payment is not received by the due date, we will send a reminder. If payment remains outstanding beyond a short grace period, classes may be paused temporarily until payment is received. Paused classes are not made up.

Repeated late payments may result in withdrawal from the Academy. We prefer to work with families to resolve any issue — if you're facing a difficulty, please tell us in advance and we will try to help.

Refunds

Fees paid for classes already delivered are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-month, unused classes cannot be refunded but can be scheduled up to the end of that billing month.

Pausing Your Subscription

You may pause your plan for up to 1 month per year (for holidays, travel, or personal reasons). Longer pauses may require re-enrolment based on tutor availability.

Fee Changes

Our fees are reviewed periodically. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will only apply from the following billing cycle.
